• Pay attention to how you’re feeling during and after each workout
• After each week, answer the brief questions provided below and enjoy a clever weekly tip!
• At the end of the month, submit your results via Instagram DM or email them to [email protected]

  • Cardio Endorphins

    Episode 1

    Do you want a positive and energizing outlook on life? Sounds like you need an “endorphix!” This heart-pumping, cardio workout will boost your mood and leave you feeling and looking great.

    Props Needed: Light Weights, Yoga Mat

  • Heart Opening Yoga

    Episode 2

    A practice to energize the body, leaving you feeling more open and centered. Simple postures release tension in the shoulders and stretch you out across your chest.

  • In-studio: Barre Mashup with Fred and Lis, 4.24.19

    Episode 3

    Two is better than one! This hour long Exhale Barre class rotates every other section with Exhale Barre co-creators, Fred DeVito and Elisabeth Halfpapp.

  • Advanced Ripped Barre

    Episode 4

    This fast-paced barre workout delivers ripped results. Advanced positioning and reps will take you deeper and leave you feeling worked in all the right ways.

    Episode 5

    Wake up to a mindful flow and set the intention for your day while lengthening and strengthening.

    Episode 7

    Beginning with a focus on abdominals and ending with a muscle releasing stretch, this workout provides the perfect balance between toning and releasing your core.

  • Floor Barre

    Episode 8

    You don’t need a barre to get the best of a barre workout. Use your own bodyweight and classic barre props to work your full body for the results you’re after.

  • Upper Body Cut

    Episode 9

    Grab a band to define your arm muscles through constant resistance. You’ll love how your arms look!
