    Episode 1

    Short on time but still need a barre fix? Thirty minutes of ladder-style exercises that build on each other will satisfy your barre craving.

    Props Needed: Light Weights, Barre (or Chair/Counter/Wall)

  • Meditation: Detox for the Mind and Body

    Episode 2

    Focus on your breathing to create space in the body, aid with digestion, remove toxins and achieve mental clarity.
