Abigail, our newest addition to the On Demand team, leads you through a vinyasa flow that will leave you stronger, more flexible, and a lot more relaxed than when you started. She wanted to become a teacher because of the way she feel when she's in a class. Her love of teaching comest from wanting to transmit that same energy to others and pass along the magic!

2. I used to be a competitive figure skater.
