You made it! And we're coming full circle with another HIIT 30 Studio class with Bergen! This class was originally a combo of HIIT & Barre, but we've taken the Barre section out to give you a straight up 30 minute HIIT class.
Originally on Zoom, this class has been remastered and rereleased. We've sweetened the sound, brightened the visuals, and zoomed in our cameras to follow the action so you don't miss a move. Each 30 minute class brings non-stop movement that will tone and strengthen as you sweat with scalable, full-body exercises performed in rotating intervals, proven to bring your fitness to a maximum!
