In-studio: HIIT + Recovery with Bergen Wheeler, 10.15.19
In the first half of this class, you'll tone and strengthen as you sweat with scalable, full-body exercises proven to bring your fitness to a maximum. Then we'll take things to the foam roller to revive, restore, and rebalance your body with elements of active stretch, myofascial release therapy and mindful meditation.
