We’re getting into the spirit of October with our Monster Mash(up) plan, featuring ALL NEW content! Each week we’ll take you through two of our modalities for your first two workouts — then mash them together for a sweat-inducing, body-changing mashup workout to finish the week strong.

This plan is formatted by day rather than date so you can choose which days of the week work best for your schedule — the trick is to treat yourself to all three workouts in a 7 day week.

    First, 15 minutes of HIIT intervals will tone and strengthen as you sweat with scalable, full-body exercises proven to bring your fitness to a maximum. Then you’ll stay right on your mat for 15 minutes of thigh, glute and ab-defining micro-moves.
