We’re getting into the spirit of October with our Monster Mash(up) plan, featuring ALL NEW content! Each week we’ll take you through two of our modalities for your first two workouts — then mash them together for a sweat-inducing, body-changing mashup workout to finish the week strong.

This plan is formatted by day rather than date so you can choose which days of the week work best for your schedule — the trick is to treat yourself to all three workouts in a 7 day week.

  • Bodyweight Barreless with Kate Havlicek

    Episode 1

    No barre (or props!) needed for this barreless workout — but that doesn’t make it any easier! Kate will lead you through body-toning barre moves that you can do anywhere, anytime!
