Day 4: HIIT Barre with Bergen
Day 4! Two of our most popular workouts collide! After a fast-paced HIIT session you won’t believe how worked you’ll feel at the barre for the second part of this sweaty workout. HIIT + Barre = YES!

Welcome to Day 5 of The May Summer Ready Challenge! This Classic Barre workout with Julie Ann will lengthen and sculpt your legs like a ballet dancer.

Day 6: HIIT + Barre with Sarah
Day 6! First, 30 minutes of HIIT intervals will tone and strengthen as you sweat with scalable, full-body exercises proven to bring your fitness to a maximum. Then we’ll head to the barre for 20 minutes of thigh, glute and ab-defining micro-moves.
