February: Evolve 14 Day Challenge
Introducing our very first exhale on demand challenge! The Evolve 14 Day Challenge starts Wednesday, February 1st. Experience 10 carefully curated workouts, programmed over 14 days that will challenge you and leave you feeling your best.
The virtual challenge can be done anywhere and includes a mix of Barre, Barre(less), Cardio & Yoga classes, complete with a calendar to follow and keep you accountable.
Day 1: Band Barre with Bergen
Day 1! Target upper body and abs with the use of a resistance band. Band Barre focuses on isolating muscle groups to work muscles to the max!

Day 2: HIIT30 with Sarah
Day 2! Sarah brings another exhilarating, high-intensity interval training class. 30 minutes of non-stop movement will tone and strengthen as you sweat with scalable, full-body exercises proven to bring your fitness to a maximum.

Day 3: Yoga with Kevin
Day 3! Amp up your practice by adding weights. If your yoga workout hasn't made you sore in a while, we're about to break that trend.

Day 4: Barre with Kate Havlicek
Day 4! This barre class combines our signature approach of sustained holds and micro movements with decades of innovation and the latest movement science. Leave no muscle untouched in this effective total body workout that will tone your muscles and make you shake. (Trust us – it burns so good.) ...
Day 5: Barre(less) with Antonella
Day 5! This is a full-body barre(less) workout with an extra focus on the upper body! Grab two sets of weights and get ready to feel the burn.

Day 6! Erin Jacques brings you a flowing Power Yoga class set to upbeat tracks. You’re in for a sweat-inducing, mood-boosting half-hour.

Day 7! Burn up the upper body, thighs, glutes and abs with the use of a resistance band – all in 35 minutes! This short-on-time workout focuses on isolating muscle groups to work muscles to the max!

Day 9! Keep your thighs on the prize in this class! This no frills barre workout will lengthen and sculpt your legs like a ballet dancer.
