Become an Exhale All Star in four weeks by taking a deep dive into each of our body-shaping and mind-shifting workout modalities. Curated by our fitness experts, each themed week will take you through Barre, Yoga, Cardio, and body part focused workouts to challenge your body and build your strength and endurance.

With a mix of brand new videos, along with top-viewed content from our library, you’ll get to know the benefits of all our different offerings in one easy to follow weekly plan.

This plan is formatted by day rather than date so you can choose which days of the week work best for your schedule — the goal is to complete all five workouts in a 7 day week.

Week 1: Barre Burn

Week 3: Cardio Blast
Week 4: Body Part Focused + Recovery
