  • Day 1: Total Body Barre with Thalia

    Welcome to Day 1 of the April Challenge! Thalia kicks things off with a Total Body Barre class where you'll work every muscle in just 30-minutes...that's the power of Total Body Barre!

  • Day 2: Classic Barre with Araceli

    Welcome to Day 2 of The April Challenge! This very creative Barre workout with Araceli will lengthen and sculpt your legs like a ballet dancer.

  • Day 3: Band Blast with Bergen

    Day 3! Grab a band and get ready to burn with Bergen! You won’t believe how effective this non-stop toning workout is (or how sore you’ll be the next day).

  • Day 4: Ripped Barre with Thalia

    Day 4! This fast-paced barre workout with Thalia delivers ripped results. Advanced positioning and reps will take you deeper and leave you feeling worked in all the right ways.

  • Day 5: Total Body Barre with Pauline

    Welcome to Day 5! This class is everything you love about barre, and we get the job done in just 30 minutes! You’ll challenge your whole body with upper body, thigh & glute sections.

  • Day 6: Band Barre with Kate

    Welcome to Day 6 of the April Challenge! Grab a band and hit the barre! You’ll burn up the upper body, thighs, glutes and abs with the use of a resistance band in this toning barre class.

  • Day 7: Bodyweight Barre w/ Bergen

    Day 7! Put your barre strength to the test (no props needed)! This full body advanced workout uses your own bodyweight for resistance—giving you strong, long, and lean results!

  • Day 8: Total Body Barre with Nicole

    Day 8! A strength and conditioning class using dance inspired positions and moves done using a chair for balance. We’ll also be using weights to get a good upper body burn.

  • Day 9: Barre with Joy

    Welcome to Day 9 of the April Challenge! Today, Joy takes us through a core focused class, strengthening both your abs & lower back.

  • Day 10: Barre with Sarah

    Day 10...you made it! Sarah wraps things up with the ultimate barre class, combining our signature approach of sustained holds and micro-movements. Good times!
