The plan is formatted by day rather than date so you can choose which days and times of the week work best for your schedule. The goal is to complete all four workout/movement days within a week.
Don’t be deceived, beginner does not mean easy! Leah takes you through a great Barre workout that covers the main positions of Barre so you can get familiar, or simply revisit the basics and improve your form!
